Community Focused Experiences
We support mindful, compassionate, and positive communities by offering a wide range of workshops. Typically, these workshops appeal to communities with specific and focused topics. Our purpose is to host an experience for communities that are underrepresented, and engage in positive and compassionate work. These communities are varied and range from the academic discussion to leadership transformation to progressive healing.

With intentional direction and guided grace, we are merging with our higher selves. This workshop weekend is meant to awaken you, change you, ignite you so that you cannot go back to sleep, no matter how the world lulls you. I am guiding myself through the journey my soul has been begging for, and you are along for the ride. We are here on-purpose. We are brought together for profound possibilities. Let our positive vibrations of love and gratitude echo out into the world around us and let us know peace. Let us remember that we are all beautifully the same. Monthly Sangha Meditation: A Spiritual Practice
